bio: Mardou is musical project led by multi-instrumentalist and singer Ed Docktor. Originally formed as a three-piece band in December 2000, Mardou reverted back to Ed's solo project in June 2002. Ed's music is at times very heavy and at times very spare and quiet - but always very emotional and intelligent. His songs run the gamut from a hard-hitting crunch to a gentle whisper.
